Along the Oak Path

Inspired by a mighty old oak tree that I often pass on my walks.

This one of a kind mixed media piece has been created in my home studio to my own design.

A mix of textiles, threads and air dried clay, with a touch of watercolour paint in the lid of an old tobacco tin.

The lid has signs of wear and tear but I think that adds to its charm.

Measuring roughly 10cms wide and 8cms high.
